ABSTRACT |
Kimura's disease is a rare benign lesion, clinically characterized by solitary or multiple, unilateral or bilateral nodular lesions
affecting the skin and subcutaneous tissue, and localized mainly in the head and neck in young adults. Histopathologically, the lesions show proliferating blood vessels with atypical
histiocyte-like endothelial cells, lymphoid follicle formation, eosinophil infiltration of tissue and eosinophilia in serum. The authors
experienced a case of recurred multiple Kimura's disease occuring in right retroauricular area, right parotid gland and bilateral neck area in 39 years old women who had been treated with
surgical excision.
