22세 남자 환자가 내원전일 자전거를 타다가 넘어지면서 얼굴을 부딪힌 후 발생한 코의 부종 및 통증으로 내원하였다. 비골 골절이 있어 비관혈적 정복술 시행 전 비강의 바깥쪽으로 Boeis elevator를 안각선까지 위치하게 하여 길이를 측정하니(A) 4.5 cm 였다. 정복술 시 Boeis elevator를 삽입할 길이를 고르시오.

① 3.5 cm

② 4.0 cm

③ 4.5 cm

④ 5.0 cm

⑤ 5.5 cm

답 ①

해 설 측정한 길이보다 1 cm 정도 작게 elevator를 삽입하여 기구의 끝이 비골의 내측면에 닿으면 elevator를 앞쪽 외측으로 들어올린다.
