ABSTRACT

Recently incidence of the facial bone injuries has increased with development of high speed transportation system. Severity and complexicity of the facial bone injuries have also increased in parallel with various high speed vehicles and industrial development. Paralleling these advances, improvements in anesthesiology, emergency care, medication and surgical techniques have made it possible to treat the severe facial bone fractures with little complications. Authors had experienced in a case of the Left multiple, comminuted, depressed facial fracture(Le Fort type I and Tripoid Fracture), which was treated successfully.
