ABSTRACT |
From patients suspected of otomycois, 56 strains of Aspergillus were isolated, and identified that they were 33 strains of Aspergillus terreus, 14 of Aspergillus oryzae, and 9 of Aspergillus niger. With the isolated strains, the susceptibility test to antifungal agents by Sabouraud agar plate dilution method resuited that the Minimal Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) of phenyl mercuric acetate, bis-phenyl (2 chlorophenyl)-1-imidazolyl methane, and gentian violet each was 10 g/ml and 6.4 g/ml.
