ABSTRACT

Author experienced a case of huge choanal polyp in 29 years old female. She has complained of left nasal obstuction, rhinolalia clausa and foreign body sensation in the nasopharynx for 2 years. Polyp mass removed by means of transpalatal approach under general anesthesia. This case was proved to be inflammatory polyp in microscopically.
