A Case of Huge Choanal Polyp

ABSTRACT

A case of huge choanal polyp in 10 years old girl is to be presented with brief literatures. She has complained of left side of nasal obstruction, rhinolaia clausa and foreign body sensation in the nasopharynx for 5 months. The polyp weighting 11.5 gm totally was removed by means of intranasal and transoral approach under local anesthesia. The polyp was proved chronic inflammatory polyp on microscope.
