Anthropometric Studies on the Che-Ju Island Korea Auricles

ABSTRACT

The author measured and studied the Morphological ear length, morphological ear breadth, physignomic ear length, physignomic ear breadth, upper ear length, lower ear length on the Che-Ju Island Korea, 60 males and presented the mean standard deviation and variation coefficients. The following results were found : 1) The morphological length and breadth of auricle(ear) increase as the age increases and cases to grow at about 20 years of age in male and female. 2) The result on Che-Ju Island Korea in auricle is similar to that on Non-Island Korean auricle by Lee.
