Chondrosarcomas in the nasal cavity are very uncommon malignancies and are slow-growing, but locally aggressive neoplasms, with a propensity for local recurrence. The treatment of choice is wide surgical excision with regular, life-long follow up. In this paper, a case of chondrosarcoma in the nasal cavity that involved the anterior skull base was treated by craniofacial resection. We would like to report this case, surgical technique and results, with review of the literature.
