A Case of Chondroma of the Nasal Cavity

ABSTRACT

Cartilaginous tumors usually occur in the long tubular bones, the innominate bones and ribs in that order and chondroma, in the face and nose, mainly arise from nasal cartilage, ethmoid bones or the maxilla and rarely from the coronoid and condyloid process of the mandible. The first recored case was probably that of Morgan reported in 1842. The authors have experienced chondroma in nasal cavity occurred in a 25-year old man.
