양측 이루와 양측 난청을 주소로 내원한 55세 남성은 1년 전부터 귀걸이형 보청기를 사용해 왔으나 지속된 이루로 불편감을 호소하였다. 환자의 청력도는 그림과 같다. 다음 청각재활 방법들 중 환자에게 가장 적당한 방법은?

해 설 보청기에 의한 외이의 만성 염증 상태로 지속적인 보청기 사용이 힘든 중등도의 난청에서는 중이이식형 보청기가 적당한 치료일 수 있다.
