Sarcomatoid carcinoma in nasal cavity is very difficult differenciate from chronic sinusitis with nasal polyps. If bone destruction is suspected in the neighboring areas under OMU CT scan, then it is imperative that PNS CT scan should be done to determine the extent of lesion. Suspected mass should be verified pathologically during surgery by frozen biopsy. Since this disease has a low malignant potency, an effective treatment should consist of completely removing the mass while conserving the functional aspect as much as possible with an addition of postoperative radiation therapy. Recently we treated a 37-year old patient with sarcomatoid carcinoma in nasal cavity. Here, we will report our experiences in diagnosis and treatment of this unique case.
