ABSTRACT

Epithelial-myoepithelial carcinomas comprise approximately 1% of all salivary gland neoplasms. although histologically this neoplam exhibits high degree of cellular differentiation they are considered carcinomas because of their infiltrative and destructive pattern, tendency to metastasize, multifocal growth tendency, and foci of necrosis. Recently we experienced a case of epithelial-myoepithelial carcinoma of parotid gland.
