ABSTRACT |
Tinnitus is a noise in a patient's ear, and it is mostly subjective and audible only to the patient, but it is occasionally objective and can be recorded by examiner. The angiography is necessary to make a definite diagnosis and accurate assessment of vascular deformities in objective tinnitus. Embolization under highly selective angiography is easy, repeatable and can be applied prior to ligation. Authors report a case of objective tinnitus caused by traumatic A-V fistula that has been demonstrated angiographically and has been treated through embolization.
