ABSTRACT

Mucoepidermoid carcinoma is the most common malignant tumor of salivary glands and almost occurs in parotid gland. Histopathologically it is composed of epidermoid cells and mucous secreting cells. The peak incidence is fourth and fifth decades and female predominance is present. Recently authors have experienced two cases of mucoepidermoid carcinoma of parotid gland in younger patients.
