Primary osteosarcoma occurs mainly in young age and shows very poor prognosis. It occurs most frequently in long bone and rarely in head and neck area. Most predilection sites in head and neck are mandible and maxilla. Only two cases have been reported in larynx and maxilla in Korea. The authors have recently experienced a case of osteosarcoma in the right inferior turbinate which is regarded as a independent bone in 30-year-old man. The right partial maxillectomy and radical neck dissection were carried out and adjuvant chemotherapy was done.
