ABSTRACT

Pneumosinus dilatans consists of an abnormal dilatation of the paranasal sinuses which contain air only and lined by normal epithelium. It is an exceedingly rare disease. We have experienced a case of pneumosinus dilatans involing all paranasal sinuses with reduction of visual acuity. So, we report a rare case of pneumosinus dilatans.
