Inverted papilloma originated from nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses is relatively rare benign neoplasm and define the neoplastic epithelial cells growing into the underlying stroma inversely. This inverted papilloma is characterized by it's high recurrence rate and tendency to malignant change as well as local expansion, so it needs to the continuous periodic follow up check postoperatively and regards as the malignant neoplasm clinically. The nasal papilloma was described by Ward in 1854 at first and had the other numerous synonym, and now called inverted papilloma. The etiologic mechanism of the inverted papilloma is not proved yet, but the goal of the treatment is the complete surgical removal, reduce the local recurrence and preserve the nasal function by the use of various surgical method. Recently, the authors have experienced three cases of the inverted papilloma, so report these case with review of literatures.
