ABSTRACT

Kimura's disease characteristically shows solitary or multiple nodule on subcutaneous or dermis or either combined with lymphoid hyperplasia and eosinophilia. Since the first description as unusual granulation combined with hyperplastic change of lymphoid tissue by Kimura in 1948, there have been reported many cases. The authors have recently experienced a case of a angiolymphoid hyperplasia developed in 19 years old man with posteroinfraauricular mass and peripheral blood eosinophilia(38%). And it was confirmed by histopathological examination. The superficial parotidectomy including the mass was performed without any other complication.
