ABSTRACT |
Inverted papilloma arising from nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses is rare epithelial tumor. There is marked tendency for local recurrence, pressure absorption of surrounding bone and occasionally change into malignancy. There is male predominance and age predominance are between 40 and 70 years of age. Histological examination shows epithelial inversion into underlying stroma instead of growing outwards as in other papilloma. We reported 4 cases of inverted papilloma, which recently experienced.
