Fibrous Histiocytoma in Parapharyngeal Space

ABSTRACT

The parapharyngeal space is very vulnerable to neoplastic extension. But fibrous histiocytoma in parapharyngeal space is very rare. It can produce various symptoms and signs which are significant to otolaryngologist. Authors experienced a case of fibrous histiocytoma in parapharyngeal space. This case was treated through cervical incision approach ; wide excision.
