ABSTRACT

Neurilemmomas arising on the tongue are rare. We experienced a case of neurilemmoma arising on the right lateral border of the tongue. The patient was a 28-year old male who noticed a localized gradual swelling and discomfortness of the right lateral border of the tongue for 3 years. It ws completely removed under the local anesthesia via transoral approach. The clinical and pathological features are also reviewed.
