ABSTRACT

Granular cell myoblastoma is an uncommon benign tumor in larynx. The diagnosis is rarely suspected preoperatively, and the otolaryngological clinician is frequently frightened by an unfamiliar diagnosis. The authors experienced a case of granular cell myoblastoma in larynx, which was the fourth case in the Orient.
