ABSTRACT |
An epidermoid cyst, so called pseudocholesteatoma, is the most common form of epithelial cysts, which contain cholesterin in it. If the cyst has infection, it can drain out through the skin. Recently authors experienced a huge epidermoid cyst on the retroauricular region with 3 fistulae on the retroaural skin and fistulous tract in the external auditory canal through the Santorini's incisura. It takes place anteriorly to narrow space below the parotid gland including facial nerve and inferiorly spreaded to the carotid bifurcation. |
