Since as yet the Spondee and Phonetically balanced words have not been used by the Korean Public, the Hearing and Speech Clinic Presbyterian Medical Center, Jeonju, Korea has contacted the Speech Pathology and Audiology department of the University of Hawaii, U.S.A. in order to study and report Speech Reception Threshold and Speech Discrimination Test on normal and abnormal cases of ear from July, 1969 to April, 1970 our Clinic has tested 296 cases.
