Globulomaxillary cyst is a nonodontogenic fissural cyst which form at the junction of the globular and maxillary process, between the roots of the 2nd incisor and canine, growing into the main part of the maxilla. A 61 year-old woman visited to this E.N.T. department of C.A.H. with chief complaints of dull headache and facial pain, protrusion on right anterior maxilla, and impairment of mastication due to deformity of dental alignment. The case was diagnosed as globulomaxillary cyst by history, physical examination, skull X-ray, and histopathological examination. The cyst was excised surgically and abnormally protruded teeth were extracted with satisfactory result.
