| ABSTRACT |

This case was a 4-year old female who came in our clinic with the chief complain of breathing difficulty during the night time. Examination revealed severely enlarged palatine tonsils with multiple polyp-like masses on there surfaces. These tonsils were removed surgically, and the pathological finding of the polyp-like masses, was not specific than the tonsil.
