One was accidently penetrated to the right upper lip by the bullet, which was passed out through the postauricular area. Another fired for suicide and was penetrated to the right greater wing of sphenoid by the bullet, which was passed out just posterior to the left submandibular gland. However, fortunately were there no significant injuries to the vital structure such as brain or great vessels. With adequate primary and supportive care, they could be discharged with no significant sequelae. The two cases were presented with literature review and discussions.
